Estimated totals

How we calculate: package price = the first (usually lowest / weekday) price posted. Extra kids = (headcount − kids included) × posted extra-kid price. HST 13% is added unless the venue says tax is included. Gratuity/service fee is added only when the venue states a %. Deposit is what the venue posts as required to book. Most venues apply it to the final bill, so it is shown as its own line and not added on top; a refundable damage deposit is paid on top and returned. Over a venue’s stated maximum we price the extra kids only when a per-kid price is posted; otherwise the total shows as not available. Quote-only venues have no public price, so we can't estimate them.
