How we collect data

Every entry comes from the provider's own public page (or the city's official news release), and we link it on the card along with the date we last checked it.

• We never estimate dates. If a provider hasn't announced one, the card says TBA, sometimes with last year's date as a hint.
• “Anticipated” means the provider itself calls the date anticipated or tentative.
• Party prices: we show the posted package that is closest to 10 kids. If the venue only posts a per-child rate, we multiply it by 10 and say so on the card. If the venue posts no price, the card says Quote only.
• A script re-checks every source page each week and flags the ones that changed so a person can review them.
